Description
The fusion of Rose and Carnation
Coated the petals of 14 essential oils with Provence rose petals and carnation petals.
You can use the rose toner with whole Provence roses for a lighter feel.
It is recommended for use during the transitional seasons when the moisture balance is easily disreputed.

How To Use

1. Please check the componenets.
2. Use the clip to take out the flower petals and place them into the spray container.
3. Attach the vial tightly to the spray nozzel and gently pour the essence in.
4. Add the Toner base.
5. DIY cosmetics are finished.
