Reward Points

Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are damaged or incorrect. It is your responsibility to inform the Company via email/phone as soon as any issue prompting a return arises.

Returns are accepted if:

• You received incorrect or damaged product(s).

Returns are generally not accepted if:

• The product is an opened food item.
• All returns are subject to the Company’s discretion.

You are required to ship returned products back to the provided return address. Shipping costs may be reimbursed at the Company’s discretion.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are generally not accepted. If the Company determines an order has not been shipped, cancellation may be allowed, and credit will be applied to the Wallet. Cancellation rights are reserved at the Company’s sole discretion.

Fees

The Company reserves the right to charge fees for prepaid orders, including a Shipping & Handling Fee, which covers shipping and handling costs. Fee amounts will be disclosed prior to payment.

Shipping
