Shipping General
All parcels are shipped from Korea. Shipping cost is calculated based on the journey from Korea to the destination country. Orders are typically dispatched within 72 hours from the time the order is received. In the event of a shipping delay, customers will be notified within 72 hours. Please note, shipments cannot be made to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Parcel Tracking
When parcels are shipped, tracking numbers are emailed to customers, including both order details and shipment tracking numbers.
Shipping Notice
According to local customs policy, if the box weight exceeds 3kg, customs fees must be paid. (The weight shown on the site may differ from the actual weight.)
The weight of the box and bubble wrap is automatically added to the shipping weight upon selecting the shipping method.
Please be aware that import duties and taxes are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Order Value Limit
Due to regulatory customs issues, which may cause delays, we limit orders to $300 or less (excluding shipping costs). For purchases over $300, we recommend placing two separate orders to avoid customs delays.
Delivery Failure
- Refund: The refund process will not be initiated until we receive official results from the couriers. Customers must provide proof of evidence, such as pictures, for any issues encountered.
- Unclaimed Return: If a parcel is returned because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. We are not responsible for unclaimed parcels.
