2. Take the mask from the pouch, remove the films from both sides and apply it gently to your face.

I love using this mask after a workout! My skin feels soothed and less red. The moisturizing effect is great, and it absorbs quickly. The only downside is I wish they sold them individually, not just in packs of five. The shipping was fast, though!
