Description
Sheer Velvet Tint is a dual twist tint that gives a moody lip you want, because it shows a great coating color without clumping. 
It has a jelly texture that fills the moisture to match the texture of the lips, and shows an inverted texture that turns into a powdery velvet as it adheres. 
Unlike regular glossy tints, it delivers a lightness that doesn’t feel sticky and residual after fixing. 
If you apply it thickly on your lips without blending, you can create a voluminous full lip, and if you give gradation as much as you want, you can create a natural mood lip, which allows a dual finish to suit your taste. 
It is a natural formula with five vegetable oils and flower extracts that deliver nutrition and moisturization without irritating the skin around the lips and mouth.
