Customs Tax and Fees
As a valued customer, it’s essential to be aware that you bear full responsibility for all customs-related matters that may arise from your order. This includes, but is not limited to, Customs Taxes, Import Taxes, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and any additional charges such as customs fees, service fees, administration fees, and warehousing fees associated with customs clearance.
The regulations and charges associated with customs vary significantly from country to country. To avoid any potential issues or surprises, we strongly recommend reaching out to your local customs office for detailed and specific information regarding customs policies and any taxes or fees that might apply to your order.
Hazardous Goods
Regulations concerning hazardous products also differ across countries. It’s important to note that we, as the seller, cannot provide specific guidance on the hazardous nature of products according to the regulations of your country. Therefore, we advise you to contact your local customs or regulatory office directly to ascertain whether the products you intend to purchase are classified as hazardous in your country.
Customs Refusal
In situations where a package is refused by customs for any reason—be it due to failure to pay taxes, the importation of banned items, or any other customs-related issue—we cannot be held responsible. If a package is returned to us due to customs refusal, our policy does not obligate us to reship the package. However, we will notify you upon receipt of the returned package. Should you wish for the package to be reshipped, you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs. Please understand that in cases involving customs refusal, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for the affected items.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters. By staying informed and prepared for customs and importation processes, you can help ensure a smooth and successful delivery of your order.
