Return Process:
- Time Frame: You have 14 business days from the date you received your order to submit a return request.
- How to Request a Return: Please utilize our chatbot for initiating return requests. After submitting the return form through the chatbot, we will assess its eligibility.
- Sending Your Return: Once your request is approved, please send the item(s) back to us via the designated shipping company. Should your package have a tracking number, inform our team within 7 days.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition – unopened, unused, and undamaged. Returns failing to meet these criteria may be rejected.

- Items reported after 14 days from delivery.
- Used items or those showing signs of use.

Reward Points:
- Can be used as cash on our site and expire in 6 months.
Original Payment Method:
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment account, which may take up to 14 business days.
Special Considerations:
- Shipping Fees: In cases of customer negligence or if an unwanted or unopened item is returned, the refund will exclude shipping fees. If the order had free shipping, we still cover the initial shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund. If the refund amount is negative after deducting shipping fees, you’ll need to settle the difference to our PayPal account.
- Reward Points and Coupons: Amounts paid in points will be refunded in points. Coupon discounts cannot be refunded in points or back to the payment method used.
