Nutritious essence for eyelashes containing highly concentrated caffeine which will create fuller eyelashes after 4 weeks.
NO animal derived ingredients, mineral oil, talc, polyacrylamide, synthetic fragrance, synthetic pigment, imidazolidinyl urea, triethanolamine, silicone oil, and PEG. Feels comfortable on the eyes, with a pH level of 7.0 similar to that of tears.
Extra meticulous for eye-use: 4 Tests Completed.
The brush was renewed with an ultra slim all-care tip for easier application on lash roots of both lower & upper lashes.

How To Use

Apply along the lash line with the brush tip as if you are drawing an eyeliner. Brush the lashes with the spooly brush bristles. When applying on the lower lash line, gently dot the area with the brush tip. Can be used on eyebrows.
