How To Use

– With this 1.5mm thin, delicate pencil, experience the most precise line drawing and from it, a natural and charming eyelash
– After it dried, it’s all proof (both water and oil)
– Before it dried, it’s editable : Although it is a quick-drying formula, when smudged promptly after appliance, it will gently smudge. After drying, it will be fixed/retained
– For sensitive sin soft texture : The texture is with no irritation break. Its applied softly but firmly fixed
